Dr Joe as he is fondly known amongst his patients believes in high quality dental care for everone . He practices painless dentistry to accommodate to patients who has fear of visiting the dentist. After he has obtained his bachelor of dental surgery , he has went on to further improve himself by obtaining a fellowship in advanced periodontology and implantology from the University of Genova . He later obtained his fellowship in fixed orthodontics from New York .

Dr Kuan Fong Ling
Dr Kuan Fong Ling, or simply Ling to her patients, is a dentist at White 32 dental clinic. Dr Ling started her journey at the Manipal University College Malaysia, where she trained to become a fully qualified dentist. She spent a year and a half honing her skills in emergency dental care, as well as community-based dentistry that provides comprehensive dental care to all walks of life.
Dr Ling believes in helping people achieve good dental health by increasing awareness through better understanding of their oral health, and maintaining treatment done with good oral hygiene habits. Clinically, she has been keeping her skills updated by attending courses both locally and internationally.
She practices in all aspects of general dentistry with special interest in Cosmetic dentistry, Preventive dentistry, Restorative dentistry and paediatric dentistry. Also she is passionate about helping patients overcome their dental anxiety by focusing on their specific individual needs. She will do her best to ensure every patient has a calm, relaxing and pain free dental experience with her.

Dr. Wilander obtained his dental degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from AIMST University, Malaysia and subsequently pursue his Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) from University of Sheffield (United Kingdom). He was awarded dual speciality membership certification in Prosthodontics (M. Pros) by both the Royal College of Surgeons, England and Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
He currently serves as a senior lecturer, assistant professor and prosthodontist in the faculty of dentistry in Manipal University College Malaysia (MUCM) and is a registered dental specialist in the field of prosthodontics with the Malaysian Dental Council (MDC). He plays the role of a visiting consultant and dental specialist in private dental practice. He is actively involved in teaching for the undergraduate program in both clinical supervision, preclinical coaching and research, patient treatment in the university specialist and dental implant clinic in the university college.
His research focus is on fixed and removable restoration and dental education. His main clinical expertise are treatment of tooth wear/tooth surface loss (dental erosion, attrition, abrasion, abfraction); surgical placement and restoration of dental implants; diagnosis and treatment of jaw pain (TMD); functional and aesthetic rehabilitation in full mouth and quadrant rehabilitation of compromised dentition or teeth; provision of complete dentures; treatment of occlusal irregularities and prosthodontic complications.

Dr Ng completed her 5 year study of Bachelor of Dental Surgery in International Medical University (IMU). She then served in the government clinic to provide oral treatment for the public community.
Dr Ng is a skilled practitioner who focuses not only in general dentistry but also in orthodontics and restorative works. Knowing that having a confident smile can transform someone’s life, she completed the Basic Comprehensive Orthodontic Course to provide orthodontic treatment to her patients. Besides, she is meticulous in her work in creating natural-looking fillings, crowns and bridges to perfection because she believes that having a natural smile is the true beauty in dentistry.
Dr Ng feels that it is important to understand a patient’s goal in order to provide a customized treatment plan. She is a good listener and communicator, ensuring all her patient’s concerns are addressed before leaving the treatment room.

Dr Justin is a detail oriented, enthusiastic and dependable foreign trained dentist who
aims to provide high quality and compassionate patient-centric dental care for patients
utilizing empathetic communication. He uses the latest dental advancements and

Dr Justin’s primary interest is in Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment) and manages endodontic cases regularly under magnification while following strict protocols to achieve optimal treatment results. He is currently undergoing a 4 year specialist training at University Kebangsaan Malaysia. Dr Justin is also passionate about restorative and preventive dentistry, using Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry techniques to provide predictable, long-lasting and symptom free restorations, allowing patients to regain new confidence in both their tooth function and aesthetics.
